Samsung has completely stopped production of its latest product –Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The company is recalling this product from all consumers. They have been asking people to return the product to the point of purchase even if there is no fault with their phones now. The product has proved to be unsafe and is very prone to catch fire.
Samsung has also taken steps to send fireproof boxes and a pair of safety gloves to the consumers who purchased this item for safe packaging and return. You can either exchange it for another phone or ask for a refund. The company is liable to facilitate the exchange/refund to every customer. The problem arose when the batteries of some of the phones caught fire just two months post-launch date. The customers have been asked to switch off the power and pack the phones in the fireproof boxes they have received.

Refunds available include the following options:-
If you want to exchange the phone with another Samsung android phone, you will be given up to $100 bill credit from the retailer, deducting any incentives got earlier.
If you have already replaced the phone with another Samsung phone, you will get a bill credit for up to $75 as well as $25, deducting any incentives got earlier.
For a normal refund only, you will be given up to $25 bill credit, deducting any incentives got earlier.
If you would like to exchange the Samsung phone for another brand, you will still get $25 from the retailer, deducting any incentives got earlier.
